Nursery Production Lead

Top Hat Flor is a California licensed wholesale cannabis nursery in Salinas, CA. We house over 15,000 teens and over 30,000 clones.

This is NOT an entry level position.

Responsibilities are; but not limited to:

  • Overseeing all mother production, health, maintenance & IPM
  • Overseeing all clone production, health, maintenance & IPM
  • Works closely with greenhouse manager and sales/inventory manager

    • Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Knowledge of basic cannabis laws
  • Advanced knowledge of cannabis genetics
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be reliable and dependable with a good work ethic
  • Must be willing to work weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to be flexible as required and communicate proactively

    • Experience:

  • cloning: 4 years (Required)
  • plant management: 4 years (Required)
  • cannabis work: 4 years (Required)

    • Pay Frequency: Bi weekly or Twice monthly
