Job Purpose:
Apply knowledge of engineering, scientific lab procedures, techniques, and machinery in performing a broad range of duties during day-to-day operations during manufacturing. This includes operation and maintenance of chemical equipment, data entry, report writing, experimental development, SOP improvement, cleaning and maintaining manufacturing space, and proper and safe use of materials.

Required: At least an associates or its equivalent.
Qualifications/Skills needed:
Fluent in English, excellent communication skills, proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable with mathematical calculations, formula interpretation, measurements and chemical reactions, able to manage processes, present technical Information, work efficiently with little to no supervision, operate machinery safely and perform routine maintenance, train future employees on new technology, analyze data, and maintain a focus on quality. Must pass criminal background check, have a valid driver's license and a vehicle to get to and from work.
Physical Demands:
Wear various safety gear such as goggles, masks, aprons, gloves, hairnets, jumpsuits, etc. throughout work shift. Lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend and twist throughout shift.
