We are a recreational licensed cannabis dispensary seeking a Full Time General Manager.
POSITION SUMMARY
The General Manager works in conjunction with the owner, and entire bud tending team to oversee all aspects of the company’s operation. This includes keeping up to date with all OLCC rule changes and updates, overseeing staff scheduling and HR requirements, working with the store’s budget to keep a continuous influx of new and exciting product, and fulfilling our mission:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create weekly schedules, calculate and prepare payroll, coordinate regular employee meetings
Provide training, resources, and support for all employees
Prepare weekly general ledger, additional ledgers, and organization of all financial
records
Preparation of the annual OLCC licensing, as well as preparing for additional licenses
Coordinate with owner on all product intake
Create and update SOPs; evaluate efficiency of existing systems and improve and
adapt with the evolving industry
Generate correspondence with vendors, contractors, and others as needed
Work with the accounting team as needed to stay current with taxes
Available by phone during company business hours for staff support
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
two years Retail and/or Dispensary experience
One year of General Management or two years in a Team Lead/Assistant
Management role
Knowledge or prior experience with QuickBooks and POS systems
Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office applications
Honesty, Dependability, Creativity, and a love for working with people!
Valid Oregon driver’s license, Marijuana Worker Permit, and a clean record
