PRIMA Cannabis Company, a recreational marijuana dispensary, is seeking a motivated sales associate with proven customer service experience.

Are you an outgoing, upbeat “people person” with great organizational skills? We are looking for a sales associate to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience, someone who can maximize sales by delivering efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service and ensuring the store is neat, clean and well presented at all times.

Strong work ethic and dependable

Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays

Someone who can build and maintain repeat customer base

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in selling techniques

Ability to work well as a team member and to take and follow directions

Adapt positively to change

Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.

Ability to understand and adhere to our standards of professionalism and service standards

Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately

Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with only short rest breaks; reach, bend, stoop, etc. to handle products

Prior retail or food service experience required

Customer service skills required

Proficient with technology

Maintain brand and operational standards (visual, cleanliness, etc.)

6 months dispensary experience required

Flowhub experience preferred

Experience: dispensary: 1 year (Preferred)
