Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a chemist technician who is willing to learn and apply the knowledge towards the testing marijuana products for the potency and various chemical contaminants as required by the state of California. You will be responsible for maintaining all the aspect of the product inventory, tracking, processing, and reporting.

You must have experience with operating and maintaining various analytical instruments, HPLC, GC-FID, or LC-MS/MS. Must be able to work safely with chemicals, hazardous materials, and flammable reagents. You should have knowledge of GLP, GDP, and have the ability to follow the SOP.

Qualifications:

  • Must have the experience of working in a regulated laboratory environment.
  • Have theoretical knowledge of various analytical techniques and the ability to operate sophisticated laboratory equipment’s.
  • Have hands-on experience of the sample processing and operating HPLC equipment.
  • Be organized, detail orientated and comfortable multi-tasking
  • Have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Have excellent typing and computer skills
  • The candidate must have a minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or related field.
