Inventory Testing Associate

We are seeking an Inventory and Testing Associate to join our Fulfillment and Logistics team. The Inventory and Testing Associate assures that product samples are properly collected, well-organized, and submitted for laboratory testing; accurately enters test result data and manages records of sample test data; and manages ingredient and packaging inventory. This employee will also be responsible for maintaining a clean inventory environment at the OBX manufacturing facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pull product samples to submit for quality testing, follow-up with sample test results, and organize test results data into spreadsheets.
  • Manage product ingredient and packaging inventory in spreadsheets.
  • Review inventory after each formulation batch and restock any necessary product ingredients and packaging materials.
  • Process recipe data for wellness products throughout product formulation phase.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment by regularly dusting, sweeping, mopping, and removing trash from the work area.
  • EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing and organizing data
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory control
  • Administrative experience with proven ability to maintain organization and professionalism
  • Proficient with GoogleSuite products, especially Sheets, Docs, and Gmail
  • Experience with project management software, such as Wrike or Mavenlink
  • Experience in the cannabis or wellness industry preferred but not required
  • OTHER DETAILS

  • This position is based out of Roxboro, NC.
  • This position is for an hourly employee expected to work 30 hours per week onsite.
  • Compensation commensurate with experience.
  • Background and reference checks required.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. Employee may be required to lift up to 50lbs unassisted, and to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
