Inventory Specialist

The inventory specialist position manages inventory through database and maintain levels required on a daily basis to meet distribution demands. Additionally, adhering to California Cannabis compliance.

Essential Functions:

  • Enter data for quantities of parts issued and transferred between locations, inventory and cycle count adjustments, into computer database.
  • Maintain compliance in accordance to Bureau of Cannabis Control.
  • Appropriately adjust POS by purging active and inactive products in accordance to actuality
  • Receive and issue finished goods into computer database.
  • Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and inspection personnel.
  • Record and monitor all items with shelf-life daily and notify appropriate personnel when material has expired or is damaged
  • Prepare daily reports for cycle count and COGS
  • Prepare and participate in monthly physical inventory.

  • Knowledge of METRCS is a plus but no required

  • Min Requirements:

  • Must be 21 yrs or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Comp & Benefits:

  • 13.65 hourly
  • Eligible for Medical Benefits upon the completion of 90 days worked.
