We are looking for a Inventory Coordinator. who is excited about building a new industry. The ideal candidate is skilled with in the field of Inventory, detailed oriented, and is a team player.
At the highest level, this role is responsible for all inventory activities coming to and leaving from the Carpinteria facility. Also managing the storage of product, pick and packing of product. Working with our farm production and project manage daily production.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with warehouse departments - Receiving / QC, Inventory and Shipping.
Work with the inventory team and maintai all storage.
every box is organized and labeled
every bag is labeled according to inventory guidelines.
all inventory is reflected in our WMS system and in spreadsheet – Finished Inventory.
all batches have qc manifest and photos and samples have been pulled
all Finished inventory is stored with temperature control and in proper packaging.
all bags are sealed / packaged correctly
Manage orders, pick & pack, ensure orders are client worthy before delivery.
Work all materials/CPG packaging inventory in warehouse.
Follow and maintain all SOP’s for the warehouse.
Work with Compliance department to make sure all departments are with in California compliance.
Prep and allocate product for CPG projects.

Interact with Cultivation team to ensure organized and proper flow of totes that have been freshly packed out of the dry space
Responsible the Finished inventory room & the Tote Storage room.
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation
Passes background check (no felonies)
No recreational cannabis-use is tolerated during work hours.
Must be 21+ years of age
Must have legal working status
A valid Driver’s License
Submit DMV Driving Record
