Inventory Control Coordinator

CLASSIFICATION: Non-exempt, full or part-time position in the Kitchen, starting salary range is usually $12-$16 per hour and based on experience.


  • Record products, cannabis batches, test results and any other inventory related requests
  • Ensure each product process has a proper METRC tag.
  • Receive, verify amounts and log into inventory and METRC tage any cannabis or distillate oil for the Kitchen.
  • Accurately controls and tracks physical inventory
  • Researches and resolves inventory discrepancies
  • Participates in inventory process and/or audits
  • Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Maintains status of orders through entire process in METRC.
  • Work in a team environment and the ability to take direction, work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Everything entered into the METRC system daily.
  • Monitoring and reviewing information from materials, events or envirnoment to detect or assess problems.
  • Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by Supervisor at any time.

  • Use calculator and basic math skills.
  • Calculate figures and amounts.
  • Ability to understand weights and measurements.
  • Accurately complete detailed forms and reports.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Able to work well with others in a cooperative manner and good communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Speak, Read, Write & understand English, record numbers.

  • High school diploma or equivalent require
  • Associates degree or higher perferred
  • Culinary school classes preferrred or related 3 years experience
  • Inventory or Warehouse experience or equivalent required

  • May sit, stand, stoop, squat, bend, push, pull, lift and walk intermittently during the day. May sit or stand up to 7 hours per day. Perform some repetitive motion activities. Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required. Will need to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • MENTAL/MOTOR/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Constant attentiveness Frequent exposure to odors


  • Office and Kitchen working environment
  • Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat and water in the kitchen

  • Be able to obtain industry required license (Badge) from the State of Colorado
  • Valid ServSafe Food Handler Certificate
  • You must be at least 21 years of age and a US citizen or have the ability to work in the US
  • Non-smoking position (smoke-free internal environment)
