As an Implementation Analyst, you will lead Roshi customers (cannabis brands, processors and manufacturers) through implementation, including onboarding, system configuration, adoption planning and roll-out. You will consult customers on strategic use of the platform and offer creative solutions through product and process. You will establish success criteria for your projects and ensure that your customers are receiving the full benefits from our solution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with each assigned customer and drive continued value of our products and services
  • Lead customers through implementations to meet business objectives
  • Manage relationships with high levels of trust and satisfaction
  • Channel feedback about the use of Roshi platform to influence product roadmap
  • Deliver all projects on-time and within scope
  • Troubleshoot issues to achieve a fast resolution
  • Ensure the customer will be a positive reference to other customers/prospects

    • REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles leading SaaS implementations or related customer-facing experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • A self-starter with a passion for problem-solving, creative solutioning, and process development
  • Willingness to 'roll up one's sleeves' and assist wherever needed
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
  • Ability to discuss modern web practices and technical concepts (APIs, etc)
  • Team player who enjoys working in a new industry in a fun, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to travel within CA up to 25%
  • Cannabis Industry experience a plus

    • Position is full time, salary and may be based out of our San Francisco or Oakland offices.
