Harvest and Trim Work
We are looking for all types of Greenhouse, Harvest and Trim help on the beautiful Oregrown Campus! Employment is available right away.
The ideal candidate will be a hard worker and self-motivated. Eager to maintain a clean and sterile work environment. They will be able to take direction and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
We will pay by the pound for dry trimming work and hourly for harvest help. Trimmers should be able to make $150-$300 per day based on experience. Great potential for full-time work and extremely competitive compensation.
Responsibilities and Available Roles include:
Harvest Assistant-Limbing/Trimmer Cuts branches into single limbs for other employees to be continuously working on table trimmer to remove water leaves, then uses table trimmer when caught up on limbing. Shift hours are Monday-Friday 9am-7:00pm, with additional hours available.
Harvest Assistant/Trimmer Uses table trimmer to remove water leaves and waste from prepared branches. Shift hours are Monday-Friday 9am-7:00pm, with additional hours available.
Harvest Assistant/Bucker Takes prepared branches, separates trimmed flowers from stems, then breaks flowers down to the appropriate size for fresh freezing. Arranges broken down material into batch sizes for transfer to extractions. Shift hours are Monday-Friday 9am-7:00pm, with additional hours available.
Bucker | Takes prepared branches, separates trimmed flowers from stems, then breaks flowers down to the appropriate size for fresh freezing. Shift hours are Monday-Friday 9am-7:00pm, with additional hours available.
General Trim Work | Takes prepared branches, separates trimmed flowers from stems, then breaks flowers down to the appropriate size. Creates final bag-worthy flower. Shift hours are Monday-Friday 9am-7:00pm, with additional hours available.
Requirements:
Must have OLCC Marijuana Workers permit Trimming experience is encouraged. Start Date of Late August, Early September Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract
