GrowHealthy is a looking for a Graphic Designer. Attending to the general graphic design needs of the Marketing Department, this role works closely with and reports to the Senior Manager of Trade Marketing & Sales. The primary focus of this role is working with the marketing team on various graphic design & photography needs across the company. From print materials to product labels, this position will touch all creative created by GrowHealthy. This opportunity will be located in the West Palm Beach, Florida area and will be a long-term full-time position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Design visually compelling digital media, including but not limited to: advertising, email campaigns, banner ads, e-mail templates, landing pages, social media advertisements, etc.; using professional graphic design software

Assist with photography projects or some post-production editing Brainstorm promotional and marketing concepts Work with team to produce creative copy for all marketing assets Other duties will be assigned as needed Carry out additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Graphic Design or student working toward a degree in a related field
  • High level of proficiency in the entire Adobe Creative Suite including: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro
  • Working knowledge and experience with Wordpress or other CMS programs are not required but are an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to excel in a changing environment with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills and the ability to work self-managed or collaboratively as part of a team
  • Receptive to direction and to constructive criticism
  • Ability to start immediately a plus (not required) Candidate must provide a portfolio of design work samples or links to samples to be considered.
  • Working knowledge and experience in photography are not required but are an asset.
