GreenGrowth CPA is seeking a Financial Sales and Marketing Manager to help identify and convert with sales, along with various other client growth initiatives. Our ideal candidate believes in the power of inbound marketing and understands how to build a funnel to help us get the best leads. This person can help us build a winning brand that reaches high-value clients in the cannabis industry.

GreenGrowth CPAs is a lean operation with a start-up mentality. As a result, your role will include other aspects of marketing not directly related to sales. We are looking for someone who is excited by the challenge of working in a rapidly expanding industry and who is able to learn on their feet. You must have excellent presentation skills and a mastery of financial structuring, including, but not limited to, tax, compliance and local regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales revenue through client acquisition and expansion of existing clients.
  • Proactively engage with clients to our tax and financial services
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships our existing clients
  • Move clients through the sales funnel and activate hot leads.
  • Recommend ideas, suggestions and alternative income streams.
  • Implement and deliver specific solutions.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications:

  • At least 3-4 years of financial sales experience
  • A record of hitting sales metrics and an ability to think quickly and under time constraints
  • A professional certification is highly desirable (CFP, Series 66, CPA, CMA, EA etc.)
  • Ability to contribute to building out a sales team and helping management identify new areas of growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communications Skills
  • Proficient computer skills and a strong understanding of various CRM platforms
