Financial Reporting Manager

In this newly created role, the Financial Reporting Manager will work to lead the financial analysis of growth initiatives including annual planning and budget process management. This individual must have advanced analytical skills and a high level of business acumen.

Role Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders to understand and support diverse reporting requirements and serve as a thought leader in simplifying the execution of data management and reporting processes

Initiate continual process improvement efforts that enhance automation, and standardization of analytics and reporting with focus on improving timeliness, accuracy, and repeat-ability.

Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

Lead Internal and Investor reporting across the entire organization

Effectively research and compile data from financial reporting systems, databases, spreadsheets, and other data sources.

Role Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA is a must and Big 4 accounting or similar experience

Knowledge of financial reporting and appropriate skills in financial analysis, technical writing, and reporting

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Ability to work additional hours to meet periodic workload peaks and complete assignments in accordance with established deadlines

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of management and external parties

Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
