Essential Duties:

  • Pulling product from product from inventory as orders come in
  • Accurately performing all POS procedures for tendering customer transactions when assigned to a till
  • Accurately reading orders from POS and assembling customer orders
  • Responsible for quick and accurate service, keeping lines to a minimum
  • Acknowledging all requests of you promptly and with a positive attitude
  • Monitoring Inventory bins and maintaining stock on hand for sales
  • Follow Product management processes as directed by Inventory Control Manager
  • Responsible for insuring BCC store compliance with regard to products
  • Providing friendly and professional service and support to Bud Tenders and Cashiers
  • Responsible for knowledge of all cannabis products and paraphernalia
  • Making sure product bins are labeled correctly
  • Responsible for leaving product bins full at the end of each shift
  • Responsible for sharing potential process improvements to Inventory Control Manager and GM
  • Keeping Product room clean, organized and tidy at all times
  • Utilize POS system to update pricing, adjust inventory, name product, etc. as directed by Inventory Control Manager
  • Maintaining a positive attitude

    • Qualifications:

  • 21 years old
  • Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to medical and retail marijuana
  • An extremely positive attitude
  • Organized, flexible, and empathetic
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

    • Experience: relevant: 1 year (Preferred)

    Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
