Executive Assistant

We are a growing Cannabis distribution company and are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers.

To be successful in this role, you should be extremely well-organized, be able to multi-task, have great time management skills and be comfortable working independently. As this is a new position for the company, we are looking for that special take-charge personality who can anticipate needs and has great follow through. Additionally, you need to be resilient and have a good sense of humor!

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings

Make travel and accommodation arrangements

Act as the gatekeeper and point of contact among executives, clients and other external partners

Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports

Run errands

Take minutes during meetings


  • Experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
  • Adept at technology
  • MS Office knowledge and experience
  • Google docs experience
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Cannabis experience helpful but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related
  • Other Requirements include:

    Ability to pass a background screen Live in the Salem or Portland area Compensation is commensurate with experience, starting range $19-$24/hr.
