Document Compliance Administrator

Reporting to the Director, Regulatory Affairs, the Document Compliance Administrator will assist with the creation and adherence to Good Documentation Practices and processes, as well as helping to ensure the accuracy of the Sundial original documentation and records. This is a key role supporting Sundial in achieving the goals outlined in Sundial’s Strategic Plan. The Document Compliance Administrator will gather crucial operations data and original documentation and ensure that the principles of data integrity are adhered to within the original batch record.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary back-up for the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Departments
  • Responsible for collection and initial verification of day to day operational documentation.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of monthly reporting
  • Assist, or lead, the investigation process for any noted variances or documentation errors
  • Ensure inventory movements are accurately reported in the system
  • Work with other departments to facilitate the smooth and efficient flow of information
  • Address any issues or concerns that arise with Team Leads
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Education and Experience:

  • 1-2 years in a similar role
  • Previous experience in the cannabis industry is an asset
  • Strong computer skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player attitude
  • Ability to organize/prioritize workload
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, while maintaining a strict deadline
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and task management
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency with a strong commitment to achieving goals
  • Perform weekend shifts as needed
