Distribution Lead

We are currentlylooking to fill the position of Distribution Team Lead to assist the Distribution Manager indaily operations, including supervision of shipping and receiving, inventorycontrol and fleet management. The successful applicant will support Distribution operations byassisting the Manager in the day-to-day execution of merchandise and productprocessing through the Distribution Network, leadand develop the warehouse team and provide impeccable customer service to ourclients. This position analyzes and interprets data and trends and recommendssolutions for inventory deficiencies. Responsibilities include, but are notlimited to the following:

· Ensure that all warehouse personnel follow policies and proceduresfor inventory-handling.

· Assist in the development and oversight of accuracy standards toensure unit inventory integrity

· Evaluate and track level of service and accuracy standards

· Leads personnel to achieve unit goals in accordance with ourpolicies and practices

· Assist the Distribution Manager in overseeinginventory and personnel management

· Assist in creation and submission of all required reports tolocal and state regulatory agencies

· Perform regular cycle counts and verification of all rawmaterials and packaging supplies

· Assist in oversight and reporting of financials to ExecutiveLeadership

· Assist in handling customer service requests promptly and resolveissues quickly

· Track deliveries and provide information to Manager for dailyreporting

· Assist in the supervision, training, and certification ofpersonnel in specific job duties

· Activelyparticipate in company-wide Continuous Improvement process

· Control material flows and inventory accuracy using internalbusiness system

· Controlfinished product damage levels and monitor product loading errors

· Ensure 100% inventory accuracy

· Assist inthe development and or implementation of internal systems and businessprocesses

· Allocate available inventory to multiple production sites for apull distribution environment

· Facilitate the review and resolution of potential inventoryshortages and overage issues

· Assist in root cause analysis on issues pertaining to safety,service, quality and cost

· Ensure data integrity of our seed-to-sale reporting system,spreadsheets, and other forms of data

· Book PAD activity and schedule PAD staff

· Manage PAD staff through recruitment, training and scheduling

· Ensure PAD execution is to Kushy Punch standards

· Providing feedback and insight on competitive activity in themarket

· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customerrelationships

Qualifications

· Militarysupply chain experience is a plus

· Bachelor's degreein a relevant field; Supply Chain, Engineering or Logistics

· Provenrecord of leadership in a warehouse or distribution setting

· Knowledgeof Fleet Management and Route Optimization

· Workingknowledge of California Cannabis Compliance Regulations

· Stronginterpersonal communications skills

· Ableto maintain a positive attitude and strong workenergy

· Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities andeffectively deal with tight deadlines

· Strongcomputer literacy skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook

· Minimum of 1 year of fieldmarketing experience

· Cannabis experiencePreferred

· High level of personalintegrity (honesty and reliability are a must)

· Energetic, motivated, teamplayer

· Access to own reliabletransportation

· Able to lift 50lbs
