Dispensary Manager
We are seeking a Dispensary Manager for our Sellersville, PA dispensary.
The Dispensary Manager is responsible for managing all day to day operations of the dispensary in accordance with the State of PA and the standards set by TerraVida. The Dispensary Manager is responsible for the overall profitability of the dispensary. The Manager provides support to all Product Specialists, Patient Care Consultants and Medical Professionals which includes: scheduling, training, providing policy and procedure updates, keeping updated with industry news and product information. The Manager is responsible for receiving and auditing inventory and maintaining facility compliance and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
-Serve as a role model and resource for dispensary staff concerning products and services, policies and procedures, industry news and changes in regulations.
-Coordinates with upper management to ensure accurate information is communicated to dispensary staff.
-Provides superior customer service for patients and caregivers.
-Opens and closes the store
-Schedules staff and submits payroll
-Receives shipments and handles deliveries
-Keeps track of inventory daily as well as conducts monthly inventory audits
-Resolves staff and/or patient conflicts
-Handles sales and inventory discrepancies
-Makes sure all staff is fully trained and performing to the best of their ability
-Makes sure the staff practices all values of the company and is meeting all expectations
Qualifications/Skills:
Prior successful management experience required, minimum of four (4) years necessary. Industry background preferred but not required, will consider other field experience such as restraunts and or retail management experience.
