Reports to (Chain of Command): Lead Clinic Manager, Director of Operations, and Chief Executive Officer

Position Level: 3

Summary of Position: The R. Greenleaf Clinic Manager position is the supervisor assigned to oversee the daily functionality and performance of a distribution/clinic location. Clinic Managers are responsible for overall store management, to ensure the safety, policy adherence, inventory control, cash control, patient satisfaction, compliance, and the expectations of upper management. Clinic Managers are also expected to function as the point of contact for their location in conversations with management, as well as with the New Mexico Department of Health, in both written and verbal communication (as required). It is expected that someone in this position can and will perform all the functions of a Peer Educator and Shift Lead, as well as that of a Clinic Manager, as necessary according to the needs of the organization, including for training purposes. This position also requires personnel management, including payroll, employee reviews, and disciplinary action. Clinic Managers are also expected to preform cash handling duties, including securing change, transporting cash to the bank, and oversight of employee cash handling.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ Year(s) Retail Experience
  • 1+ Year(s) Management Experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Reliable source of transportation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, but the Organization will make reasonable accommodations.
  • Excellent cash handling skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Basic Financial Knowledge, preferred.
  • Open Availability preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities, including the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent Math proficiency.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Ability to pass a state and federal background check, as well as possession of a New Mexico Driver’s license.
  • Passing grades on both HIPAA exams and all applicable organizational competency exams
  • Experience:

  • Management: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Retail: 2 years (Preferred)
