Dispensary Assistant Manager

We are looking to fill our Assistant Manager position as soon as possible with a reliable and dedicated individual that will uphold our reputation of being a knowledgeable and caring dispensary. To qualify for this position we ask that you have the MED issued KEY Badge, have reliable transportation and open availability (weekends, holidays).

As the part time manager you will be responsible for the following:

Staying up to date with State and Federal Rules and Regulations

Maintaining knowledge of current strains, edible and concentrated products

Supervising budtenders to assure compliance and friendliness

Budtending when needed, providing exceptional customer service

Use of Adilas (POS system), properly applying discounts

Diligent cash handling skills

Dealing with customer concerns/ complaints

Receiving product from vendors and paying accordingly

Inventory control, keeping up on expiring and promotional products

Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the store

Working with store manager to keep up with inventory reconciliation, product ordering and achieving daily sales goals
