Ideal candidate has:

2+ year experience.

can work in a fast-paced environment

can easily navigate across multiple tech platforms

can performing under pressure

ability to always put the customer first.

Part-time to start with ability to very soon work FT.

Experience: relevant: 1 year (Preferred) dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Hours per week: 20-29 30-39

Typical start time: 11AM

Typical end time: 11PM

Job Duties:

Develop efficient routes to ensure that deliveries are made in a timely fashion

Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts and address any routing issues they might have

Update customers on the status of their deliveries including any delays that occur

Answer calls from delivery drivers and relay any emergencies they have to the appropriate channels
