We are in search of skilled Dispatcher that has the ability to communicate, coordinate and function well as part of a team. You must have very effective organizational and communication skills to service our customers efficiently.

The Dispatcher position is responsible for organizing the daily dispatch of orders and pick-ups for the company, working in compliance with all legal and safety requirements regarding the safe transport of cannabis.

    • Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for scheduling drivers and organizing the daily dispatch of all orders for the company
  • Perform record keeping as needed
  • Maintain customer relations via phone and email, and making additions, cancellations, and changes regarding equipment location
  • Perform inventory control processes
  • Inspect equipment and trucks for safety and compliance
  • Follow proper cash accounts procedures
  • Follow all Operational Procedures and QC Standards

    • Experience:

  • Dispatch: 1 year (Preferred)
  • dispatching: 1 year (Required)

    • Language:

    Spanish (Preferred)

    Work authorization:

    United States (Preferred)

    Job Duties:

  • Develop efficient routes to ensure that deliveries are made in a timely fashion
  • Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts and address any routing issues they might have
  • Monitor road conditions, construction zones, and accidents in order to revise routes as needed
  • Update customers on the status of their deliveries including any delays that occur
  • Answer calls from delivery drivers and relay any emergencies they have to the appropriate channels
