Digital Marketing Specialist

The incumbentwill be responsible for the execution of all things related to Digital Marketing – particularly Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing & Email Marketing. The candidate will manage and optimize inbound and outbound online campaigns as well as lead generation efforts. Continuous analysis and optimization will be required to increase conversion rates, ROI, and improve brand awareness and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating leads and new opportunities
  • Establish and maintain a strong web and social media presence to boost brand awareness
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) using media intelligence tools (e.g Meltwater) and optimize future initiatives based on these insights
  • Build, monitor, report on, and support the optimization of content and ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor SEO/SEM campaigns focused on lead generation
  • Stay up-to-date and experiment with new online & industry trends.

  • Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree in an appropriate discipline ( Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Graphic Design or related field)
  • Perfect command of the French and English language, oral and written
  • Proven experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrated knowledge in website systems (e.g., Wordpress)
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Well versed in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords PPC campaigns and managing different campaigns simultaneously
  • Proficiency with various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strongly KPI oriented: acquisition, conversion, ROI
  • Shows initiative, excellent adaptability, analysis and planning, rigor in follow-up and attention to detail, creativity and innovation, ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and in tight deadlines, interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
