WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Desktop Support Specialist you’ll be in charge of providing excellent end user experience, including resolving potential or actual technical issues.
You’ll work with a team and collaborate to:
Support and maintain workstation environments for Windows and Mac OS systems
Evaluate new product versions and recommend upgrade schedules
Share your technical expertise by developing and delivering product training to your peers
Participate in the technology management process: technology refresh, asset inventory, and configuration management
Participate in business and IT projects as needed

WHAT YOU’LL BRING You have verifiable experience:
Providing superior customer service in an IT Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or IT Field Service Technician role
Setting up, configuring, and managing hardware and software
Communicating technical problems and instructions in easy-to-understand terms
Using technologies like macOS, Microsoft SMS/SCCM, AD to manage and deploy both Windows and Linux environments
Effectively using incident management tools, like: ServiceNow, Remedy, ZenDesk, JIRA, and Product Design
You also have:
A working knowledge of clients/servers, networking, VOIP, and internet fundamentals
The ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 40lbs
You don’t have to have a diploma in Computer Science or ITIL Foundation Certification – but if you do, we’ll put your knowledge to good use.
