Green Door West Delivery is looking for:

Full & Part Time Delivery Drivers in the West Los Angeles area who are Motivated with a Positive Attitude, Enjoy Helping Patients, Appreciate Opportunities for Advancement and Want To Provide Assistance in our growing Medicinal Flowers Industry.

Qualifications:

  • Applicant Must Be a Legal Medical Marijuana Patient;
  • Have current, Valid Drivers License, Clean Driving Record, Reliable Vehicle, Up-To-Date Insurance
  • Legally Eligible to Work in the United States.
  • Preference for those who can BEAT LA traffic and improve our overall ETA to our customers!

    • Requirements:

  • Have a Minimum 1 Year of Progressive Customer Service and 1 Year of Professional Driving Experience.
  • It is Imperative that You Work Well Under Pressure, Complete a Multitude of Tasks in an Organized and Timely Fashion,
  • Hold Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Strong Sense of Priorities coupled with Punctuality.
  • The Applicant Must Be Able to Read, Write and Communicate in English, as it Relates to Safety Regulations.

    • NOT your "typical stoner" dispensary! - We run a very professional, fully licensed and strictly health-oriented service and purposely seek and require the highest ethical and professional standards from all of our associates! Ideally, you feel strongly about our industry, have some basic knowledge of the medicinal properties, and are willing to assist patients to best fit their needs along with creating a friendly and up-beat environment! Prior experience is EXTREMELY beneficial, we ideally seek drivers with prior experience with services like Uber, Lyft and others, who are willing to Learn, Grow, and Improve. You Must also be Tech Savvy, Computer Literate and Confident in Using a GPS or Mapping Device along with Voice Calling, Emailing and Texting (electronic devices are not provided by the company, you must procure your own).

    Compensation: *Pay Rate is $20+/Hr with Tips. (Average payout to our drivers is $20+/hr!)

    *After 4-6 weeks of Paid Training and Receiving a Passing Review, the Pay Rate Increases along with the Ability to Earn Bonuses and Grow within the Company.
