The Dispatcher Position

  • Dispatchers must work a minimum of 5 shifts per week which are 7 hours each in length
  • Process incoming online orders and route delivery drivers in an efficient delivery route
  • Communicate with customers about their orders through live chat software
  • Communicate with customers about their orders through phone calls
  • Verify the identification of all incoming orders to verify their age and medical status (if any)
  • Collect driver checkouts including all receipts and cash totals for the day to be turned in to shift lead
  • Close down delivery office at the end of the night by logging out of all software and shutting down computer systems
  • Package and verify contents of outgoing delivery orders from dispensary inventory

    • Requirements

  • Must be able at least 21 years of age
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to multi task
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with customers
  • Must be able to work: days, nights, weekends, and holidays

    • Preferred skills and experience

  • E-commerce or online customer support experience preferred
  • Customer service position of any kind preferred
  • Previous work in the cannabis industry or being well versed in cannabis products is preferred

    • Worked in a fast-paced retail environment
