This position is responsible for the production of reports, extracting and analyzing output from internal software tool for client testing reports, and performing internal trend analysis.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
The position will be responsible for creating and running various reports from the internal software. Review and ensure all information on the reports is accurate and correct. Identify opportunities for process improvements in reporting and development, while providing value through insightful analytics and problem-solving. The reporting data analyst will be responsible for identifying data trends and performing data analysis. Timely and effectively communicate with coworkers and other internal departments any changes affecting client’s product. Present findings and make recommendations. Meet client deadlines for ad hoc reports and other requested information. In this dynamic role, the individual will coordinate reporting and act as the liaison with the external customers and internal team. Understand the purpose and content of requested reports, utilizing systems to create routine reports to meet clients’ needs, and audit and analyze data to verify quality and data integrity. Identify and research data anomalies.
Primary Goal
The primary goal of the Reporting Data Analyst is to prepare accurate client analytical testing reports. Review all reports for accuracy before sending to the client. Analyze and develop recommendations on cannabis laboratory reporting processes.

Additional Requirements: Ability to work on weekends, must be fluent in English and authorized to work in US.
