The Customer Success Specialist role will where many hats in the startup phase of toptender. The core needs are to drive customer success with brands and stores using the toptender platform. You will be the main point of contact for users on the platfrom, making sure brands and stores are getting the most out of our products. You will function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how our product can better serve cannabis brands, stores, and budtenders. In addition to customer success on the platform, this role will be cross-functional in acquiring budtenders on to toptender.

As toptender launches in states like California and Colorado, the role will entail some travel.
