Cultivation Harvest Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing the processes of harvesting, trimming, testing, and transfer of product from Cultivation to Packaging or Processing. Salary flexible based on experience.

Must be highly proficient with excel and detail-oriented record keeping.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Harvest Tracking
  • Check trimmers quality
  • Verify trim room weights and create batches/lots
  • Create flower batches/lots in Metrc
  • Daily flower tracking (averages, plant weights)
  • Create and execute curing and burping schedule
  • Flower testing
  • Enter Harvest totals in Metrc
  • Allocate flower for wholesale/retail
  • Monitor and update wholesale flower sales quantities
  • Trimmers payroll
  • Facility maintenance

    • Experience:

  • management: 1 year (Required)
  • Excel: 2 years (Required)

    • License: Nevada MJ Agent work card (Preferred)
