Cultivation Assistant

We are seeking a full time energetic person with a great work ethic to work with our head grower in all functions of producing high quality plants. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and likes to work in a greenhouse environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in a commercial Greenhouse system to ensure daily task transplanting, harvesting, maintaining cleanliness of greenhouse
  • Assist on site manager in daily task
  • Execute production programs developed by Production Manager and communicate progress and issues regularly.
  • Adhere to work safety standards in day-to-day operations.

    • OTHER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT include the ability to do the following:

  • Must demonstrate accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information.
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, squat, twist and stand for a full 8 hour
  • Be comfortable working in summer heat conditions.
  • Have a reliable form of transportation (car, train, bus, etc.).
  • Have open availability for various work week and weekends.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.
  • Must be able to pass any and all background check
  • Must be minimum if 21 years old.

    • EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE:

    Preferred (not needed) 2+ years experience working with plants.

    Experience: relevant: 2 years (Preferred)
