Cultivation Assistant

The Cannabis Cultivation Assistant will be a part of a staff of 10-15 and will assist with the production of medical cannabis under the Hawaii Medical Cannabis Program. Successful candidates will possess a passion for horticulture, plant biology, and various forms of agriculture.

This position will reside in a production environment in Haleiwa and will be a part of the execution of Cure Oahu's cannabis production operations. The Cannabis Cultivation Assistant will help ensure the company's ability to produce the highest quality product along with maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area.

Physical Requirements

  • Extended time standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for a distance of 100 feet
  • Close visual focus required
  • This position occasionally requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects
  • Hawaii state resident currently residing on Oahu
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must pass a state-mandated background check

    • Experience: Agricultural: 1 year (Required)

    Education: Bachelor's (Required)

    Location: Haleiwa, HI (Preferred)
