Cultivation Assistant

In this position, you will be working as part of our cultivation team performing plant maintenance while maintaining quality and control standards. This is a fast paced, physically demanding work environment. The ideal candidate is a motivated, hardworking individual with attention to details. We are looking for self-starters and focused individuals. Attendance and timeliness are extremely important to our company.

This is a full-time position Monday –Thursday from 6:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties include but not limited:

Mixing Nutrients

Trimming

Cloning

Transplanting

Harvesting

Cleaning Equipment

Consistently perform quality work on repetitive tasks

Qualifications and Skills

Good Work Ethic

Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Previous plant cultivation related experience a plus

Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Have reliable transportation

A passion for the industry or an interest in learning

No felonies, you must be able to pass a background check

Must be 21 years of age

Bilingual is a plus

High School Diploma or GED

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
