Cultivation Administrator

Health for Life AZ shall designate an agent as the Cultivation Administrator, to be responsible for seed-to-sale inventory tracking, bulk packaging, site distributions and controls. The Cultivation Administrator will have operational oversight over and responsibility for Health for Life AZ’s cultivation’s seed-to-sale system.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that month-end inventory audits are carried out in compliance with Arizona state law pursuant to ARS 36-28.1 and in alignment with business needs
  • Ensure that H4L’s cultivation’s electronic tracking system is maintained and operated properly
  • Troubleshoot and manage discrepancies within the inventory tracking system
  • Manage or create processes to optimize value flow and reporting
  • Pull and circulate harvest information
  • Assist with production planning and yield evaluations
  • Assist with the coordination of supplies necessary for harvests
  • Assist with the distribution of materials from the cultivation sites to the main warehouse
  • Assist with supply levels and new project management
  • The Cultivation Administrator should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Biology, or equivalent business experience, as well as a knowledge of audits and basic inventory principles. The position also requires an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Outlook. Metric and Adilas experience is preferred.
  • The position requires a minimum of two years cannabis industry experience including an understanding of basic accounting practices, financial reports, and AZDHS state regulations.
