Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that all compliance regulations and quality control standards are being met. This is a full-time position based out of our headquarters in Downtown Los Angeles, CA with local travel to our nearby satellite facilities. The position will require a candidate that has strong organizational skills, is comfortable working with minimal direction, and confident interfacing with various personalities. This individual’s primary focus will be verifying the accuracy of plant inventory and reporting to Metrc, as well as making sure harvests are conducted in a manner that maintains the quality and safety of our products. As such, an extreme attention to detail and consistency is a must. Further, we are looking for someone who is tech savvy, able to work under pressure and learn quickly.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to SOPs for cannabis operations
  • Count/verify quantity and weight of plants
  • Assist with compliance audits and investigations
  • Document corrective and preventive actions for non-conformity
  • Conduct compliance training for the Company’s employees

    • Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21
  • Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week
  • High School Diploma Required, College Degree Preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional matter
  • Team-player mentality
  • Comfortable in a Start-Up atmosphere

    • Experience: relevant: 2 years (Required)

    Required travel: 25% (Preferred)
