Summary/Objective:
The Community Outreach Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day management of Mayflower Medicinals programs and initiatives for our plan to positively impact areas of disproportionate impact. Designed with the objectives of providing skills, training and education in industry and business-applicable areas to facilitate resume building and employment seeking, the Community Outreach Coordinator will carry out program initiatives to make opportunities accessible to individuals in communities of disproportionate impact, and identify and work with partners within communities to help tailor efforts for the greatest positive impacts. Overseen by the Compliance Manager, the Community Outreach Coordinator will also prepare reports and materials related to program status, analysis and evaluation.
