We are seeking a highly motivated individual to be Cresco's Community Liaison. This person will be Cresco's ear to the ground for communities and neighborhoods where we are opening dispensaries. If you are charismatic, able to work independently and a goal orientated individual we look forward to meeting you immediately. The primary goal in this role is to help Cresco maintain a positive image within the community for patients/recreational users, referring doctors, staff personnel, and other key figures.

CORE JOB DUTIES

  • Create, plan and implement events to bring in prospective patients/recreational users such as but not limited to; seminars, speakers, career fairs, themed events, and happy hours
  • Find out-of-the-box, new, and exciting opportunities for Cresco to be engaged and present within the new market such as:
  • Workforce development opportunities
  • Networking events
  • Requires flexible work schedule.
  • Meetings can be evening, weekends, etc. so work hours will vary. Managing external partnerships.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information.
  • Possesses strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Responds and follow-up with all correspondence and outreach in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Interacts professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, residents, family members, etc.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with residents, families and professional providers of care.
  • Midwest Community Liaison (position based out of Chicago, IL. Travel to OH and PA required, as needed.)
  • East Coast Community Liaison (Position based in Pittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA. Travel to MA/MD as needed.)
  • West Coast Community Liaison (Position based in Mendota, CA or Carpinteria, CA. Travel to Phoenix, AZ or Las Vegas, NV as needed.)
  • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Passion for community outreach and integration
  • Superior analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and all Microsoft office applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, motivated, energetic and independent with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing technical aspects to people with various backgrounds and management levels
  • Ability to lead large group meetings / brainstorming sessions and build consensus with minimal supervision
  • Ability to function at both the detail and conceptual levels
  • Ability to manage time and resources and juggle competing deadlines effectively
  • Strong analytical skills and innovative problem-solving skills
  • Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and a desire to excel
  • Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office suite
  • ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
  • 30% travel required
