CannaCraft is one of the largest Cannabis companies in California, representing AbsoluteExtracts, Care By Design, Loud + Clear, HiFi Hops, and Satori Chocolates. We are looking for a dynamic Market Director to build our presence in the Colorado market! The Market Director is responsible for the development and growth of the CannaCraft family of brands with accountability for sales, account penetration, and customer acquisition. This position requires a high level of clear, effective communication and will work closely with the VP of Science.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • Must have a firm understanding of organic chemistry
  • Responsible for the timely delivery of daily laboratory reports.
  • Responsible in supporting laboratory staff with the daily operation, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Performs complex data evaluations, reviews the work of others.
  • Responsible for the activities of junior chemists and chemical technologists, including training and oversight of analytical activities and production

    • Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable 1+ year) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.).
  • Proven ability in running daily laboratory reports.
  • Proven ability in technical writing skills.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to perform tasks
  • Ability to independently optimize analytical methods
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Time management and project management skills
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work in a collaborative work environment with a team
  • Solid experience in Organic Chemistry.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Chemist
  • Experience in running reactions.
  • Ability to follow strategic directions.
  • Research and analytical skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner.
  • Demonstrated personal initiative, effective planning and organization skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
