Responsibilities:

  • Provide a positive and welcoming environment for all clients, capable of engaging, building and maintaining a client base, and achieve/exceed sales objectives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, exhibit an energetic outgoing personality, and always maintain a positive attitude.
  • Deliver EXCEPTIONAL customer service in a fast paced environment
  • Responds resourcefully to customer requests and concerns
  • Understands and utilizes basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to our customers for their medical and recreational cannabis needs
  • Creates an inviting environment for customers by maintaining a welcoming attitude
  • Clean, organize and restock the store
  • Help the sales team and management with overall tasks
  • Multitask in a high traffic environment
  • Must be punctual
  • Must be respectful and work well with others
  • Excited and eager to learn more about cannabis
  • Handle and count money

    • Qualifications:

  • Proficient in POS systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience or knowledge in Cannabis or Concierge service.
  • Exceptional sales skills
  • Fast learner
  • Ability to work flexible hours including morning, mid, evening and weekend shifts
  • Reliable transportation
  • Cannabis experience is a plus!
