The Packaging Associate is a position that involves packaging and tagging of all cannabis products as well as inventory control and inventory allocation. This position relies on someone with a strong sense of organizational skills that can maintain a spotless workstation and operate and maintain various types of equipment. Accuracy of weight and attention to detail is essential in all aspects of this position.

Cannabis packagers are responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Work on production lines to fill, label, seal, and package
  • Assign package tags to all finished product
  • Take inventory of all packages; organize efficiently and effectively
  • Provide support on packaging of all products
  • Setup and breakdown of production and packaging room
  • Responsible for cleaning, organizing, and sanitizing work stations
  • Operating and maintaining production equipment
  • Quality control, packaging, labeling, and storing of finished product
  • Maintain production records and meet daily quotas
  • Ensure all ingredients and supplies are fully stocked, properly labeled, tagged and stored
  • Perform other production duties as assigned by the Production Manager

    • Requirements

  • Must have OLCC marijuana handlers permit
  • Team Player
  • Must be 21 years or older as required by state law. No exceptions.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Move and lift packages up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to respond well to questions and seek clarification as needed
  • Flexible hours- Monday thru Sunday Availability

  • High degree hand dexterity to handle labels and small items
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination
