About You: We are looking for people that are looking to start a career in one of the fastest growing industries in the world. You must have a consistent and genuinely positive attitude. You must be able to work on your feet for very long hours. Your training will include working in reception, inventory and even trimming in our cultivation facility. People with actual prior experience will be accelerated very quickly others will take approximately 90 to 180 days to train.
Position: Call Center Manager . Call Center Manager will oversee processes for a wide range of services; call center, delivery, and express pick up. Will also be responsible for scheduling staff, developing operating procedures, and mapping out the growth for that department. Must have extensive people skills, customer service in a retail and/or call center environment, and previous management experience.
