Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for solving information technology-related issues and working with departments across the organization to solve business problems using business knowledge, consulting skills, and packaged solution expertise. The primary task for this role will be assisting with Mammoth's ERP implementation of Acumatica as well as assisting with the daily reporting with California's cannabis track-and-trace solution (METRC).

Duties also include daily maintenance; monthly, quarterly, and year-end report generation; administration duties; and customization, support, and troubleshooting of ERP and other related systems.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Bachelors degree in a field related to software, computer programming, business, economics, or other related fields

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.

Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning.

Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow.

Use the computer in the analysis and solution of business problems, such as development of integrated production and inventory control and cost analysis systems.

Oversee the organization's compliance with METRC, California's track-and-trace cannabis business solution.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

Monthly, quarterly, and year-end report generation.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

ERP and systems experience preferred, but not required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Systems Analysis — Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.

TECHNOLOGY SKILLS:

Strong technology acumen and understanding

Experience with Acumatica ERP is preferred.

Ability to quickly learn and manage new software systems is required.

Basic Microsoft office skills required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Able to work on a computer up to eight hours a day

Office and warehouse environment
