Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Providing the Redbarn customer experience is top priority

Engage with all customers

Guide customers toward the experience they want

Stays up to date with product knowledge

Keeps a positive attitude

Strong listening skills

Daily store upkeep

Cleaning/Organizing/Restroom upkeep

Inventory/Supply stocking

Keeps sales floor merchandise up to standard

Cash handling/Retail experience 1+ years preferred

Sales experience 1+ years preferred

Clean criminal record, must submit to background check

Must have reliable transportation and drivers license

Must obtain an OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit

Must arrive to work in a clean and professional manner

Must have a passion for cannabis

Open Availability Highly Preferred

Cannabis knowledge

Consumption methods

Medical marijuana laws

Recreational marijuana laws

Strain and genetics knowledge preferred

Some cannabinoid/terpene knowledge preferred

Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
