Budtender/Wellness Consultant

We are looking for a knowledgeable, outgoing, multi-tasking Budtender. A budtender is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to customers at all times. They must be friendly and professional during all interactions with patients and other guests, as well as perform all tasks as directed by management. We are looking for a dependable team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the face of the Dispensary, one must greet customers, facilitate the sale, listen to and educate customers about a variety of cannabis products (ex. Flower, edibles, concentrates, topicals, etc.)
  • Educating themselves on new products, strains, changes in policy and industry trends to provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Assisting in various dispensary operations, including operating the cash register, fulfilling orders, stocking shelves, inventory, and maintaining hygienic conditions.
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Must have ability to stand and work on your feet for long hours, bending, reaching for the entirety of your shift.
  • Maintain a clean workspace

    • Requirements:

  • Must be 21+
  • Have Punctuality
  • Preferred 1 year of retail/ customer service experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Preferred experience in the cannabis industry
  • Excellent communication
  • Attention to Detail
  • Stress Management/Composure
  • High School graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Must submit and pass a Department of Criminal Justice criminal background check
  • Have a valid California Medical Recommendation and a valid California ID

    • Hours and Availability:

    5-8 hour shifts between the hours of 8:00AM – 9:30PM. This position is full-time and must be available to work any day of the week including weekends, morning/evening, and/or holidays as requested.
