We are looking for friendly, dependable, organized and motivated people, with excellent communication skills and passion for cannabis to help guide our patients in choosing the best products and dosages to suit their needs.

Prior cannabis industry experience or retail customer service experience is a plus

A Greenhouse budtender will...

  • Provide exceptional customer service to every patient
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized and well stocked sales floor
  • Comply with all State regulations and Greenhouse practices and procedures
  • Be reliable, honest and punctual
  • Have a basic knowledge of cannabis products, and their various medicinal benefits, with an eagerness to continually learn more and a desire to become an expert in the field
  • Assist in labeling and organizing inventory
  • Posses basic computer skills
  • Expected to attend Monthly all-staff meetings
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a required background check
