Licensed Cannabis Dispensary in Oakland, CA is looking for budtenders and receptionist to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and offer positive resolutions to challenges from customers

Generate sales through customer interaction and product knowledge

Execute attention to detail by performing counter transactions without errors or shortages

Maintenance standards, and cleanliness standards

Consistently exemplify a teamwork attitude with management and coworkers to improve personal and store performance

Communicate effectively with management and coworkers

Comply with all company policies and procedures, and follow all safety standards to ensure a safe work environment

Support the management team in driving and maximizing store sales, controlling and minimizing shrink to achieve store goals

Complete all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Prior customer service and/or retail experience is a plus

Prior cash handling is required

Must have open availability

Stand for long periods of time

Lift and carry up to 40 pounds

Bend, kneel and squat

Cannabis experience is a plus

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $16.00/hour.
