Our company requires the Service Clerk to assume the role in assisting and educating people in finding the best options for their needs and ensuring patrons are receiving the best care possible. The Service Clerk will be responsible for demonstrating efficient work methods, educating people on products and dosing, intake and verification, operating a POS system, and cashing out patrons while maintaining a compassionate and safe environment for people to access products. This role is a complex one. He/She will go through an extensive training process and continual training to ensure they are qualified to make accurate recommendations to each person they help.
