We are seeking an outgoing and passionate patient care specialist for long-term employment. Our agents will assist the management team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. Agents will be responsible for helping customers, checking them out, cash handling and customer service. You must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences.
Responsibilities: Greeting customers warmly when they enter. Verifying proper paperwork, documentation and ID's for patients. Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles. Responsible for sales and customer experience by maintaining a tidy, safe and inviting store environment. Maintain product knowledge including new products, strains, changes in policy and industry trends. Educating patients about a variety of cannabis products, including flower, edibles, concentrates and topicals. Provide recommendations on cannabis products based on customer requests. Accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale system Correct cash handling and discount application.
