GNC Budtenders must be highly motivated individuals with excellent customer service and retail sales skills. Will be responsible for providing our customers with product information, sales, cash handling, inventory, and compliance with state regulations.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Adhere to all company policies, processes, procedures, and requirements

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment

Comply with company cash handling polices and perform daily cash management responsibilities and compliance reporting per company policy

Educate customers on product properties and selection of proper strains, concentrates or edible options according to the customers’ desired effect or per specific medical ailment

Ensure the cleanliness of the viewing counters, POS stations and back counter

Daily compliance with retail policies, including but not limited to the following: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, inventory tracking, dress code, and work schedules

Contribute to team environment and company advancement in alignment with the strategic direction set by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have or be able to obtain a State of Alaska Handlers’ Card and pass a background check

Must have reliable transportation

Must have excellent attendance and professionalism

Possess working knowledge of retail marijuana

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Must have flexible availability

EXPERIENCE:

Customer Service: 1 year (Required)

Cash Handling: 1 year (Required)

Retail Sales: 1 year (Required)
