Budtender

Colorado Harvest Company is actively seeking full time budtenders! Candidate should possess industry product knowledge, a desire to learn, and professionalism in the delivery of customer service. Candidate must also be flexible in their availability and punctual in their attendance. Previous high pace retail or service industry experience is required. Candidates must have dependable transportation as they may possibly be working at multiple locations and an industry badge is required for consideration.

Schedule is Wednesday-Sunday with varied shifts.

DUTIES:

*Provide professional and friendly customer service

*Represent the company image as directed at all times

*Maintain accuracy of sales transactions

*Answer customer questions regarding marijuana products and laws

*Check and verify photo IDs

*Restock inventory as directed

*Maintain cleanliness of store

*Perform all tasks as directed by mangers

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

*Experience handling cash and POS systems

*Responsibility and accountability are essential

*Strong communication skills and attention to detail

*Ability to adapt to ever-changing rules and policies

*Must be a team player

REQUIREMENTS:

MED Occupational Support or Key badge 21 years of age or older

*Must be able to pass additional fingerprinting/background check

*High pace, retail or service industry experience

*Reliable transportation

*Ability to stand for long periods of time

*Must be available to work flexible schedules

*Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays

Experience: customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
